Practices: 

- Wednesdays 6 - 8 PM @ UFV South

- Thursdays 8 - 10 PM @ UFV South Gym

- Some Sundays and to be more consistent after March

Competitions: (3 other local events)

- Jan 16, 2026 - UFV Cascades Clash

- Feb 21, 2026 - Fraser Valley Super Series

- March 14, 2026 - Interior Super Series

- April 10, 2026 - Island Super Series

​- April 21, 2026 - Provincials

- May 1, 2026 - Nationals (Calgary)

Cost: $ 2300 + GST = $2415

 

Include:

- Facility rentals  based on 4/6 hours for 17 weeks

- Competitions

- Equipment

- Gear (Hoodie, Warm up shirt, shorts and socks)

- Coach training, Coach honorarium, and Coach travel.
